Alto Pro Am holds its 3rd edition in Ericeira
The Alto Pro Am surf festival and alternative contest returns to Ericeira from 15 to 20 September. The event celebrates late-1990s and early-2000s retro boards and spirit, with live music, film screenings and social gatherings.
Competitors ride vintage boards and are judged by fellow surfers and the public rather than traditional judges. Highlights include a Sunset Jam on 16 September, a Skate Jam on 17 September, a Sunset Beach Party on 18 September and the awards ceremony on 19 September. This is the third edition in Portugal after an event in Sydney earlier this year.
