Festival do Ouriço The Festival do Ouriço returns to Ericeira and EMME from April 24 to 30. In addition to the regular menu, it features the Ouriço do Mar Menu with dishes like stuffed sea urchin, Josper-toasted bread, Atlantic fish tartare, sea urchin emulsion and seaweed air, or main course sea bass.
