Closure of municipal services
The Câmara Municipal de Mafra has announced that all municipal services will close on 5 June 2026 due to a public holiday concession.
Essential facilities will remain open. These include the Mercados Municipais de Mafra and Ericeira, the sports installations at Parque Desportivo Municipal de Mafra and Parque de Santa Marta with minimum staffing, and the study rooms at Palácio dos Marqueses/A Casa da Juventude.
