Entremarés in Ribeira d'Ilhas
About 30 adults and children joined a night-time tide-pool walk at Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas. With torches in hand, the group took part in the Visita Noturna Entremarés to observe coastal species and behaviours visible only after dark.
The activity, linked to the Município de Mafra's Blue Flag application, showed how direct contact with nature supports ocean conservation.
