Ericeira | Rehabilitation works on Forte da Natividade have begun
Rehabilitation works have begun on Forte da Natividade in Ericeira. The project was awarded in February to AECI – Arquitectura, Construção e Empreendimentos Imobiliários, SA for 694.965,40 € plus VAT. The contract sets an 11-month execution period.
The building belongs to the Ministério da Administração Interna and was transferred to the Câmara Municipal de Mafra for 50 years from 27 December 2017, renewable by 25-year periods. Until December 2017 it housed the GNR Ericeira territorial post.
