Full house at the opening of the 15th edition of the Portuguese Surf Film Festival
The 15th Portuguese Surf Film Festival opened on Friday at Casa de Cultura Jaime Lobo e Silva in Ericeira. The sold-out session featured speeches by Councillor Liliana Faustino, Ericeira Parish Council President Joaquim Casado, and festival Executive Director Susana Andrade. The event is supported by the Municipality of Mafra.
Running until 31 July under the slogan "15 years – 15 days," the festival screens 34 international films. Screenings take place at the cultural centre and on outdoor beaches. An Ocean Art exhibition is on view at Galeria Municipal Orlando Morais, and free Welcome Drink and DJ sets precede each show.
