‘Hands that Create’: the ceramics that shape stories and identities
The exhibition 'Hands that Create' presents ceramic works by 10 students from the Academia Sénior da Santa Casa da Misericórdia da Venda do Pinheiro, created during the 2025-2026 academic year. The pieces explore the human face as a means of expression and self-knowledge, alongside utilitarian and decorative objects made from red clay, faience, black clay and coloured pastes.
The show runs from 26 June to 6 September at the Centro de Interpretação Barro de Mafra, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00. Admission is free.
