An old Ericeira fire engine, painted in the red that has marked generations, stands as a silent witness to past emergencies. Ladders, hoses and its sturdy frame still carry the marks of a time when simple technology met great courage.
The vehicle, no longer racing to calls, now serves as living heritage. It was shown during the 2022 Dia Municipal do Bombeiro parade.
