Organ music continues to be heard in the Municipality of Mafra
The International Organ Festival of Mafra continues across the municipality with recitals and thematic workshops. Last weekend, organist Laura Silva Mendes and violinist Filipe Abreu performed Rheinberger works for violin and organ at Igreja de Santo André in Mafra. Organist Francesca Ajossa presented a programme of classical and contemporary composers at Igreja de S. Pedro in Ericeira.
Ensemble La Tempestad, directed by Silvia Márquez from harpsichord and organ, performed music for organ, violin and cello in the Library of the Palácio Nacional de Mafra.
