Power outages in Ericeira resolved
At the latest Mafra Municipal Assembly meeting, Mayor Hugo Moreira Luís reported that E-Redes completed a medium and low-voltage network reinforcement in Ericeira on 17 June. The work began in March 2026.
The transformer substation remains to be installed, with no date set due to equipment supply issues. The mayor stated the reinforcement has already reduced outage impact and that the risk of further supply failures is now minimal.
