Reader's Voice | Lack of shade and protection during bus stop interventions
Bus shelters have been removed at multiple stops across Mafra and as far as Ericeira during ongoing replacement works. Passengers are left without shade while waiting in intense summer heat.
The writer urges the Câmara Municipal de Mafra, Carris Metropolitana and responsible bodies to provide temporary protection for users, especially the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with reduced mobility.
