The “Azulitas de Mafra” in action for sustainability
The “Azulitas de Mafra” project brought together APERCIM users for a creative reuse workshop held as part of the Município de Mafra’s application for the Bandeira Azul award. Participants made “blue flags” from recycled materials to highlight responsible environmental practices.
The finished flags were raised at Praia do Sul/Baleia in Ericeira, symbolising the community’s commitment to protecting coastal areas.
