CineMafra brings Portuguese films to Ericeira in November
CineMafra will screen five Portuguese films at Casa de Cultura Jaime Lobo e Silva in Ericeira every Sunday in November at 21:00. The programme opens on 2 November with the 2025 drama “A Memória do Cheiro das Coisas” and continues on 9 November with “O Barqueiro”. On 16 November the 2010 documentary “José e Pilar” will be shown, followed on 23 November by Manoel de Oliveira’s 1931 classic “Douro, Faina Fluvial” accompanied by live music. The season closes on 30 November with Paulo Rocha’s 1963 film “Os Verdes Anos”.
Tickets cost €3 for residents and under-23s and €5 for others. They are on sale at the Mafra and Ericeira tourist offices, at Casa de Cultura Jaime Lobo e Silva, via Ticketline and at the door up to one hour before each screening.
