Ericeira | Two arrested in GNR operation that seized drugs, grenades and weapons
Two men aged 51 and 55 were arrested by GNR officers in Ericeira on 5 November after a six-month drug-trafficking investigation. The suspects had been supplying narcotics to users and dealers in the parishes of Ericeira and Encarnação, as well as in Torres Vedras.
Searches at two homes and seven other sites yielded drugs, grenades and weapons. One suspect was remanded in custody; the other must report weekly to authorities.
