Liga MEO Surf: Ribeira d’Ilhas to host the midpoint stage of the national title race
Ribeira d’Ilhas will host the third stage of the Liga MEO Surf 2026, marking the midpoint of the national title race. The event returns for the 17th consecutive season to the first World Surfing Reserve in Europe.
Francisco Ordonhas and Maria Salgado lead the rankings after two wins and will face Afonso Antunes and Gabriela Dinis, who sit second. Camila Kemp, 2018 national champion and Paris 2024 Olympian, returns alongside Gony Zubizarreta. The event runs with environmental initiatives supported by Pingo Doce and will be broadcast live on Sport TV and MEO platforms.
