Praia da Empa received the 1st stage of the National Bodyboard Circuit for Hopefuls
Praia da Empa hosted the first stage of the National Bodyboard Circuit for Hopefuls under excellent sea conditions in the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve. Over two days, young athletes competed in Sub-12, Sub-14, Sub-14 Feminino, Sub-16, Sub-18 and Sub-18 Feminino categories, showing high technical levels and intense heats.
Winners included Inês Areias in Sub-12, Vicas Nunes in Sub-14, Mar Areosa in Sub-14 Feminino, Vicente Campos in Sub-16 and Sub-18, and Luana Dourado in Sub-18 Feminino. The next stage takes place in Sesimbra on 23 and 24 May.
