87th Volta a Portugal
The 87th Volta a Portugal will cross Ericeira and Mafra on its way to the finish line at Largo do Palácio Nacional de Queluz. Cyclists are expected in Ericeira between 15:00 and 16:15, preceded by the advertising caravan 20 to 30 minutes earlier.
The race will bring temporary road closures on the EN247 and access routes to central Ericeira and Mafra. The GNR will close roads about 30 minutes before the riders pass and reopen them 10 to 15 minutes after the last support vehicle. Parking along the route is banned from early morning. Spectators are advised to use peripheral car parks such as the former Terminal Intermodal and Praia da Foz do Lizandro, then walk to viewing spots. Updates will be posted on the Município de Mafra and race organisation channels.
