The future of mobility. Discover the new Regulated Parking System
Ericeira will introduce a new Regulated Parking System to improve the use of public space. The scheme, run by GIATUL, will rotate parking spots, cut long stays and ease access to shops and busy areas.
The project aims to reduce illegal parking, improve traffic flow and make streets safer for pedestrians, including people with reduced mobility, the elderly and families with children. Paid zones with time limits will help share space more fairly among residents, traders and visitors.
