Cascais, Mafra and Sintra move forward with Marine Protected Area
Cascais, Mafra and Sintra have begun scientific and socioeconomic studies for the Community Initiative Marine Protected Area (AMPIC). The public participation process will start at the end of September.
The project is being developed jointly by the three municipalities to establish the protected marine zone.
