The EDP Ericeira Pro Finals Day at Ribeira d’Ilhas delivered a high-stakes finish to the Portuguese leg of the World Surf League Challenger Series. American Crosby Colapinto and Costa Rican Brisa Hennessy claimed the titles.
Hennessy, sitting fourth with minutes left, scored a 7.50-point wave to overtake the heat and secure her spot in the 2027 Championship Tour qualification zone. Portuguese surfers Francisca Veselko and Teresa Bonvalot remain on track for the same tour, with one final event in Australia in March.
