Mafra City Council approves 1.5 million euro protocol to support volunteer firefighters
Mafra City Council unanimously approved a new Collaboration Protocol with the Humanitarian Associations of Volunteer Firefighters in Mafra, Ericeira and Malveira. The agreement allocates 1.5 million euros and introduces a funding model based on operational and risk criteria.
The protocol replaces the previous system and increases investment support for the three brigades.
